How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–3 working days. Delivery takes about 5–9 working days across Europe.
Can I return my order?
Yes – unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first and we’ll confirm your return. You pay the return shipping, unless the item is defective or wrong.
Which size fits my pet?
