Care & Use Guide

A few simple tips help your petsdojo favourites stay lovely for a long time – and keep your pet safe and happy.

Clothing, raincoats and harnesses

• Measure your pet before ordering: back length, chest and neck. Every product page has a size guide.
• The fit should be snug but not tight – you should be able to slide two fingers under straps and collars.
• Adjust harness straps before the first walk and check them now and then, especially with growing puppies.
• Raincoats: wipe clean with a damp cloth and let them air-dry. Knits and fleece: hand wash or gentle cycle at 30 °C, then air-dry.

Beds and blankets

• Removable covers can be washed on a gentle cycle – always follow the care label.
• Air-dry covers and fillings completely before putting them back together.
• Shake out and vacuum beds regularly to remove loose fur.

Toys and sniffing games

• Always supervise your pet when playing with a new toy.
• Check toys regularly and replace them if they get damaged, torn or chewed into small pieces.
• Hide treats in snuffle and sniffing toys for brain games – start easy and make it harder over time.

Eating, drinking and grooming

• Lick mats: spread a thin layer of food, yoghurt or pet-safe spreads and clean the mat after every use.
• Travel bottles: rinse after use and let them dry open.
• Grooming brushes: brush gently in the direction of the fur and remove loose hair after each session.

On the road

• Car seat covers: attach all straps securely before your pet gets in and check them before each trip.
• Never leave your pet alone in a parked car.
