Delivery times
- We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery then takes about 5–9 working days across Europe.
- Shipping is free on orders over €99.
Where is my order?
- Open the shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link.
- Or sign in to your account to see the status of all your orders.
- Tracking can take a day or two to update after dispatch – that’s normal.
No tracking email after 3 working days, or your parcel seems stuck? Contact us with your order number and we’ll check it for you.
